Dear Clients,
We here, at Hickory Tree Veterinary Hospital, would like to reach out and ‘Thank you” for your patience as we are still navigating the uncertain times caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We realize that it is harder to get through on our phone lines and the wait times that you are accustomed to are significantly longer and for that, we apologize.
Our hospital is still doing “curbside care” for our patients and utilizing phone and digital technology to stay connected regarding the care of your pets. Only hospital personnel: including veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and other staff, will be allowed inside our hospital. Exceptions will be made for difficult end of life decisions.
Please know that we are doing our very best to take care of every patient in a timely manner while keeping you and our staff safe. This has been a learning curve for all of us, but we are making daily changes for better flow and communication. Your concerns are very important to us, so please make sure that you write them down so that they can be addressed during your appointment.
We truly miss seeing all of you in the office with your pets and look forward to the day when we can return to a “normal”. Thank you for your understanding, patience, and flexibility as we all navigate the unprecedented circumstances brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
With your best interest at heart,
The Doctors and Staff of Hickory Tree Veterinary Hospital
