schedule an appointment and we will find a time that is convenient for you. Once every 6 months, you should bring
your pet in for a check-up. This will include a full physical exam, and any vaccines or lab work if
needed. Our veterinary team will check the health of your pet from head to tail, and you will be very
happy you came to Hickory Tree Veterinary Hospital for service. Bring in any medical history you have of
your pet when you come to our veterinary hospital. It’s best to keep a journal of your pet’s health throughout his
or her life, including information behavioral shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us
know everything that you think will be important. Our veterinary team can still work with whatever
information you have. In some circumstances, our veterinary team will refer you to a specialist who has
advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.

Cancellation/No Show Policy New Patients
A full exam fee at will be charged over the phone by credit card to schedule an appointment for a new patient. This is a credit on your account and
will be applied to your invoice at your 1st visit. IF you need to cancel this appointment, a 24-hour notice is required to have this credit
amount charged back to your credit card. If you are cancelling a Monday 10:00 AM Appointment, it is expected that we are made aware of that on Friday
prior to 10:00 AM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. And for that reason, we must do this for Monday appointments. If it is a Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday, Friday appointment that requires that prior days’ notice but still 24- hour notice. There is no refund for no show appointments.
