April 21, 2021
On Monday, May 3rd, we will allow clients and patients who have a scheduled appointment to enter the hospital.
We will still offer curbside services for clients who would rather keep social distancing.
During this time of transition, in doing our best to keep you and our staff safe,
there may be longer than usual wait times.
This is what you will need to know when arriving for appointment and before entering the hospital.
Once you arrive, call 336-775-2303 – you will be asked for your cell phone number.
We will ask you to wait in your car, when your room is ready you will receive a text message
stating we are ready for you and your pet to enter through the Dog Entrance door.
A technician will weigh your pet and take you to your exam room.
There will be no waiting for appointments in our lobby.
We do respect that there are individuals that have medical conditions that permit themnot to wear a mask. However, to keep our team safe you must bring a mask and wear it during your entire visit inside the facility.
We will still offer curbside services for those individuals and their pets that due to
medical conditions cannot wear a mask.
Services that will remain curbside are:
Patient Drop Off Appointments
Please call when you arrive, and a staff member will be out to help you as soon as possible 336-249-3991.
Food, Medication, & Supplies have a pick up area inside the Dog Entrance door on the red cart.
Thank you for your kindness and support for our office! We appreciate every one of you!
We will continue to give our best to our patients and clients as we navigate through these upcoming months.
We understand that you may have concerns or questions about our staff's vaccine status.
Our hospital policy does not allow us to discuss employee medical information as we want to maintain their privacy.
